Sterling spent last season on loan at Arsenal and made 17 appearances in the Premier League, although he could only contribute two assists. At Chelsea, he has played 81 times, but it is unclear where he fits in Enzo Maresca's squad after they signed Jamie Gittens and Estevao Willian this summer.
