The 24-year-old has been in impressive form for Nice this term, helping them to second in Ligue 1 – where they have conceded just 11 goals. That has reportedly led to Premier League interest and while the France international is focused on giving his all this season, the 6ft 3in centre-back did not rule out a summer transfer.

The ex-Barcelona man said: "I am at Nice and we’re having a great season. I don’t have my head elsewhere. If I did it would be difficult for me personally and for the group too. I feel really good at Nice. We’ll see what happens in the summer but we’re not there yet. I don’t want to get ahead of myself. I don’t want to give false hope. For now, I’m here at Nice. Football moves quickly, you never know what’s going to happen. I’ll wait until the summer to make my decision. If my decision is to stay, I’ll announce it, if it is to leave, I’ll announce it too and I’ll thank everyone, but we’re not there yet."
Todibo added: "There are important games coming up. The goal is that if it is to be my final season at Nice, then I want to leave here having done something beautiful with the club. The supporters and the club deserve players who give everything on the pitch, and to achieve something substantial. Personally, if I am to leave, I want to leave something good behind."

The defender, whose contract at Nice runs until 2027, reportedly came close to a £34 million ($42.9m) move to United last summer and off the back of his strong form, the French outfit may hold out for a bigger fee later this year. Meanwhile, Nice still have lots to play for this season as they have an outside chance of winning Ligue 1 and are into the quarter-finals of Coupe de France.
WHAT NEXT?
Todibo's Nice take on Monaco in Ligue 1 action on Sunday, before travelling to Lyon next Friday night. If they win their next two games, they will cut Paris Saint-Germain's lead at the top of the table to five points, although the league leaders will have a game in hand by that point.
